Welcome to the very first blog post for my little eco refill business - a passion project that has been quietly growing in my heart for years.

This business was born from a dream. A dream of creating a better world for our children - one that is kinder to the planet, safer for our homes, and rooted in conscious choices. It is more than just refills and glass bottles - it is about changing the way we think, live and consume. One simple swap at a time.

I'm now a mother before anything else. Since embarking on the journey to become a parent, something inside me shifted. I began to question what kind of world I wanted to raise my son in. And how I could teach him that being a good human includes looking after the world that gives us so much.

And so, I started building a business that could work around nap times, nursery runes, and messy tea times. One that not only allows me to be present for my son, but also gives me a chance to contribute to something meaningful. A business that blends family life with climate care.

This blog is a space for me to share what I'm learning, loving and leaning into. From low-tox living and closed loop systems, to conscious parenting and finding balance in the busy world we find ourselves in. My background is in psychology, so whilst I'm deeply curious and always researching, please know that everything I share is based on personal research, opinion and experience - It isn't medical or professional advice.

I'm not perfect, I'm still learning, Unlearning and trying my best - Just like everyone here. But if this little corner of the internet can spark a small shift in someone's daily choices or encourage one more person to refill instead of toss... then I know it is all worth it.

Thank you for being here. For caring, For choosing better, even when it isn't always easier.

Here are to small changes with a big impact - for us, for our little ones, and for the planet.

Take care always, Francesca xoxo
