Section 3: Overview of Services:
-
We provide eco-friendly household and personal care refills via a mobile delivery service, as well as at events, pop up markets and through online orders.
-
To ensure the refill delivery service is as eco-conscious as possible, all refills are carefully dispensed at our dedicated refill hub and delivered directly to your door by car, ensuring a clean, efficient and low-waste service without the need for customers to refill at home.
-
Our delivery service currently only operates in very specific geographical locations, please refer to the ‘Location’ page on our website.
Section 4: How Our Refill Service Works
For a more detailed outline regarding what we do and how the process works, please refer to the dedicated areas on the website that explains this in greater detail e.g. 'Our Process' would be a good place to start! However in a nutshell:
-
Door-to-Door Refills: We offer doorstep refills using clean, dry & clearly labelled containers.
-
Responsibility for Containers: As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate a refill system using reusable glass bottles. Customers are not required to pay a deposit; however, by purchasing from us you agree to return the bottles in a timely manner and in good condition so they can be cleaned, sanitised and reused. Bottles should be free from damage (e.g. cracks, chips, or excessive residue). Failure to return bottles or returning them in poor condition may result in future orders being declined. This system is based on mutual trust and responsibility to ensure it works fairly for everyone and helps reduce waste. Bottles can be collected when we deliver your next order, or you can request a collection at any time by completing the Bottle Pick Up Request form available on our website: Bottle Pick Up Request
