Here at The Conscious Collective, we care deeply about our customers and our planet. We strive to deliver high-quality, eco-conscious products with love & care. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. Here is how we handle refunds:
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our refill products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We will do our best to make it right, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
How to Request a Refund

A clear photo if the product was damaged or incorrect - without an image it will be difficult for us to know what has gone wrong to resolve the issue
We aim to respond within 48 hours and will process approved refunds within 5-7 working days
Refill System
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate a refill system using reusable glass bottles. Customers are not required to pay a deposit; however, by purchasing from us you agree to return the bottles in a timely manner and in good condition so they can be cleaned, sanitised and reused. Bottles should be free from damage (e.g. cracks, chips, or excessive residue). Failure to return bottles or returning them in poor condition may result in future orders being declined. This system is based on mutual trust and responsibility to ensure it works fairly for everyone and helps reduce waste.
