The Conscious Collective delivery service is designed to be straightforward and cost-effective, making it easy for you to embrace a sustainable lifestyle without the hassle.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can enjoy our service when you order via the website:

Register Online:
Create an account via the website portal.

Choose Your Products:
Browse our range of eco-friendly products, including cleaning supplies & personal care items. Choose the products you need and the quantities you'd like.
Refillable Option/s:
You will see on some of the products that they are 'Refills' - this means the products come in returnable, reusable, glass bottles (1L or 500ml).
There is no deposit needed, we simply trust our community to return them so it can be reused again and again.
All products come with a label detailing what it is e.g. 'Washing-up Liquid' & if it is your first time purchasing the product it will come with a reusable ingredients label. You can also find all the ingredients labels on our 'Labels' page.

Pick a delivery slot:
When you go to checkout you will need to pick a delivery slot. You will find there will be designated timeslots for your postcode - Please choose the one that suits you best. If there are any issues or you need an alternative slot, please get in touch & we will see what we can do.

Secure Payment:
Following selecting your products and scheduling your delivery, complete your payment using our secure online system. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.
We do also accept bank transfer & cash upon delivery - this is always preferrable.

Receive Your Order:
You will receive confirmation of your order & your delivery slot. If you won't be in or prefer a contactless delivery, please specify this during checkout or let us know via contacting us directly.
Please make sure you tell us a safe place to put your order & we will send you confirmation once delivered. We will do our best to make sure your order is with you asap!

Exchange & Refill:
Give your empty container a quick rinse, then simply leave it on your doorstep or hand it back at your next delivery - We will take care of the rest!
This exchange ensures there is no waiting time for refilling on the spot, making the process quicker and more efficient. We take care of the refilling off-site using strict hygiene and quality control measures.
