1. Choose the product you'd like to refill and the quantity - either via our website or getting in touch directly.

2. We deliver your refill straight to your doorstep in a pre-filled, reusable bottle.

3. When empty, simply rinse and leave your bottle out for collection. Please refer to our 'How it works' page for more details on the refill process.

The refill products come in 1 Litre or 500ml returnable, reusable glass bottles - no deposit needed, we simply trust our community to return it so it can be reused again and again.
